All new and returning students are required to have a health insurance policy in place while attending Saint John's. Please make sure that you have submitted your health insurance information through the Admission website. On the Admission website, go to Accepted Students, Important Forms, Enrolled Student or click on this link Student Portal by August 10, 2014.
Those students participating in intercollegiate sports must have their insurance information submitted by their designated due date (please refer to the SJU Athletic Training website for due dates). Students are required to have a health insurance policy in force while attending Saint John's University. A student will be enrolled in and billed for the Student Injury and Sickness Insurance Plan (SAS) unless the student carries comparable insurance and submits the waiver via this survey by the deadline date of August 10, 2015. Students who do not complete this survey by the deadline will be billed the full amount of the annual SAS premium, which is $1,646.00 for the 2015-2016 school year. Please note that the increased costs are due to the new regulations from the Federal Department of Health and Human Services.
