December 1 - Signed off-campus acceptance letters due
Winter Break: Wednesday, December 21 at 8 p.m. to Sunday, January 15 at 9 a.m.
Spring 2012 Semester
January 15 - Residences halls open at 9 a.m.
January 23 - RA applications due
January 30 - RA application essays due
February 1-16 - RA interviews
February 24 - Notifications of RA positions sent
March 2 - Room Selection Registration form must be completed and submitted
Spring Break: Friday, March 2 at 8 p.m. to Sunday, March 11 at 9 a.m.
March 12 - Selection slips in campus mailboxes for SJU Room Selection 2011: Apartments
March 15 - SJU Room Selection 2011: Apartments, Quad 264, 4-7 p.m.
March 22 - Selection slips in campus mailboxes for SJU Room Selection 2011: General Selection. Students designated to proxy for students studying abroad may pick up slips at Campus Life and Housing.
March 27 - SJU Room Selection 2011: General Selection, Quad 264, 4-7 p.m. – Returning and Rising Seniors; Rising Juniors.
March 29 - SJU Room Selection 2011: General Selection, Quad 264, 4-7 p.m. - Rising Sophomores
