Statement of Hospitality

Sexton Commons expresses the hospitality of Saint John's University by providing an environment that is welcoming for students, faculty, staff, alumni and guests and by encouraging the interaction of people for conversation and learning. Through its programs and activities, Sexton Commons seeks to celebrate the development of the greater Saint John's University community as well as to support the educational mission of the University. By taking an integrative approach to academia and student development, Sexton Commons will embrace a holistic approach of intentional learning through the creation of leadership and service opportunities that support the tenets of the institution.
