How do you successfully manage conflict as a leader?  Through this session, you will learn how to accept conflict as a natural and pervasive element of all relationships, and gain awareness of different forms of conflict. The instructor will help you to gain insight into how you can more effectively manage conflict, both as a leader and within your personal life.

In this session, Extending the LINK, will lead student groups working within the college and broad communities.  Participants will develop skills to work effectively with diverse personalities, learn how to communicate effectively with team members, and how to make decisions as a group.  Participants will also share methods for communication with on campus clubs and local community.
