Student Accounts Policy on Club Charges

The Student Accounts offices assist clubs in certain fund raising activities by allowing some items to be charged to students' billing accounts.

Clubs must contact the Student Accounts office for prior approval and the proper procedures before collecting student i.d. numbers.   

If your club's account is based at CSB, please contact Dave Schneider, Director of Student Accounts at the College of Saint Benedict, for approvals and procedural information.

• T-shirts, other clothing sales

Examples of items not allowed:

• Club Dues / Subscriptions
• Pledges/ Charitable Donations
• Cover charges
• Entertainment/ Social events
• Food sales
