Housekeeping:

Eva Haber: SJU Custodial Operations Manager, SJU #2666.

Custodial Services should be notified about anything out of the ordinary so that they can help out in any way possible. They can provide doormats, maps, and cleaning supplies. You should always leave a facility better than you found it! If your event is extra messy, let them know ahead of time so they can have supplies available for cleaning.

Sound and Video Technician SJU Media Center, SJU #3213 The Media Center provides the sound systems, projects, lights, or anything else needed when doing a performance. Please be prepared to provide a copy of the technical requirements/rider for a show if you need a  price bid on equipment rental and labor.

Student Activities and Leadership Development:

Maribeth Overland, Director of Student Activities and Leadership Development, CSB/SJU, x5273.  Maribeth handles alcohol permits, signs performer contracts and oversees posting, solicitation and other student promotional concerns.  She also advises the Cofunding Board.

Gwen Schimek: Assistant Director of Student Activities and Leadership Development, SJU #5755. Gwen signs performer contracts and approves posting, solicitation, t-shirt designs and other student promotional concerns.  She also advises the Joint Events Council.

Trish Doran: Office Coordinator, CSB #5038. Trish assists with all club needs including clubs financial matters and new club applications. She also assists with contracting, solicitation and poster approvals.  She also advises the Joint Club Board.

Student Activities Student Employees: CSB, #5254. There are numerous services, materials, and programs offered by this department. Student Activities can help you with events, club questions, club space, event promotion, poster approval, advertising, and trip planning and guidelines.

Leadership Development Assistants: CSB #5254. This group supports the Inspiring Leaders Certificate Program and hosts the annual Student Leaders Recognition Banquest. This team is a student/faculty/staff resource.

Transportation:

Mike Juntunen: Transportation Director, CSB #5789. Mike assists with the rental of buses for off-campus trips, and should also be notified if an on-campus event will impact the bus schedule.
