Protocol for faith based clubs on the campuses of CSB/SJU

To better promote a spirit of transparent leadership and collaboration between faith based student clubs and the Offices of Campus Ministry, the following protocol will be followed:

Faith based groups will obtain written approval or confirmation of support from CSB/SJU campus ministries each academic year.  In order to receive this approval the club will provide programming information and budget proposals for the academic year.

The leadership of the club will commit to yearly meetings with Campus Ministry Staff to share strategic goals and opportunities for collaboration. These meetings will take place in the first and last month of the academic year.  

An annual evaluation of club outcomes that enhanced the Catholic and Benedictine life of the campuses will be completed.

The Directors of Campus Ministries have the right to ask for additional information about a particular program or event sponsored by the club.
