CSB/SJU Theater Department announces 2013-14 season

 October is depression awareness month

Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) is focusing on depression awareness in October.  We will promote awareness of depression through our monthly Walk-In Wednesday email message to students about our Walk-in-Wednesday mental health screening program.

Anticipate possible changes due to Affordable Care Act

With the implementation of the Affordable Care Act, health insurance plans are now required to cover some preventative services, including routine vaccines, without cost sharing. CSB students can access preventative services via CSB Health Services.

Join us for Family Weekend

Join us Oct. 11-13 for Family Weekend 2013. This annual event celebrates the CSB/SJU community by inviting students to share the campuses with their families.

The weekend is filled with interactive activities, such as the sixth annual Family Weekend Carnival, performances and athletic events. Please visit our site for information, schedules and tickets.  

SJU Campus Ministry plans first-year retreat

First Year Retreat Experience (FYRE) is an annual retreat designed for first-year SJU students, focusing on spirituality and community-building. 

Flu shots available

CSB/SJU aims to minimize flu symptoms this school year. Flu shots will be available to all students between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Oct. 10 in Sexton Commons. All major insurance plans are accepted. Shots will cost $35 without an insurance plan, with checks payable to HealthPartners Saint John's Campus. Flu shots may also be administered by appointment.  CSB Campus Ministry Care Package Program

Campus Ministry care packages are still available for purchase. The proceeds support student-led Alternative Break Experiences.

Spring registration holds explained

Registration holds for Spring 2014 have been put on your son or daughter's account if the account is not current. The students have been notified by email that they are on hold for registration in November. If you paid the account in full in August, please check to make sure that your student did not charge their books, educational materials or have other miscellaneous charges after we received that payment. 

CSB/SJU Festival of Cultures celebrates diversity

CSB/SJU will celebrate diversity on campus at the 16th annual Festival of Cultures at 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, at Clemens Fieldhouse, CSB. The event, which features student performances and samples of traditional cuisines worldwide, is an opportunity for international students at CSB/SJU to share the cultures of their homelands with fellow students. All are welcome.
