The 5th Annual RORE program is a three day retreat that creates a safe atmosphere for intercultural dialogue and learning at a deep level. RORE prepares its participants to work with people of other races, ethnicities and cultures. Participants engage in insightful discussion and activities that bring the realities of racism, privilege, bigotry and class to the forefront.
"I found RORE to be a paticularly insightful and interesting experience. I came to the retreat with many pre-conceived assumptions and left with a greater understanding of issues relating to race in contemporary American society."
-Quote from former student RORE participant
