Course Description:

COMM 383-01A Layout and Design
Explores the creative side of advertising, PR and journalism, by teaching the fundamentals of QuarkXpress (layout software) and Adobe Photoshop.

Students will learn the basics rules of design and layout. Projects will require students to participate in service learning and use skills learned in other mass communication classes.

Correction:

The Student Accounts Office has informed us that the overload rate for fall 2001 will remain at $500. it will not increase to $530.
