Diplomas

• Each graduate receives one (1) diploma
• The diploma and a copy of final transcripts are mailed to a graduate's permanent address approximately 6 weeks after the degree is awarded
• Diplomas are mailed 1^st Class mail via the US Postal Service (USPS).  A diploma can alternatively be picked up at the Registrar's Office with prior arrangement. 

A diploma will not be released to any student who has not settled all financial obligations to CSB/SJU
