Assistant Professor of Philosophy, Saint John's University - Br. Dennis professed solemn vows in 1982. He earned his BA summa cum laude in English from Saint John’s University in 1978 and his PhD in philosophy from Pennsylvania State University in 1998. He has taught at Saint John’s University since 1995 and has also taught at Pennsylvania State University and Saint John’s Preparatory School. Br. Dennis is a member of the Society for Phenomenology and Existential Philosophy and the Hegel Society of America. He has been active as a faculty resident at Saint John’s University, the chair of the Justice and Peace Committee of Saint John’s Abbey and as a delegate for Partners Across Borders, a sister-city project with Tenancingo, El Salvador.
