Stephen Armstrong

Executive Vice President and CFO of Patterson Companies, Inc., St. Paul, MN, a $2.5 billion, publicly held distributor of equipment, supplies and services to the dental, veterinary and rehabilitation markets.  He has been a director of Delphax Technologies, Inc., Minnetonka, MN, since 2000 and for the past two years has served as a non-Regent member of the Saint John’s Regent Audit Committee.  Armstrong graduated from Saint John’s University with a bachelor of science (cum laude) in economics and accounting and a minor in business administration.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. Armstrong and his wife, Cindy, reside in Bloomington, MN.
