Psi Chi

Purpose: Psi Chi is an international honor society whose purpose shall be to encourage, and maintain excellence in scholarship of the individual members in all fields, particularly in psychology, and to advance the science of psychology.

Mission Statement: The Mission of Psi Chi is to produce a well-educated, ethical, and socially responsible member commited to contributing to the science and profession of psychology an to society in general.

How to become a part of Psi Chi as an Undergrad:

  • Be enrolled as a major or minor in a psychology
  • Have completed and passed at least 20 credits in psychology
  • GPA of 3.5 in psychology courses and overall GPA of 3.5 (placing you in the top 35% in your class)
