Growing up on a dairy farm near the small town of Lake Henry, MN, I thought it would fascinating to be a travel agent and travel the world. After graduating from Paynesville High School, I attend The McConnell School in Minneapolis and began working for AAA Travel Agency shortly thereafter. I travelled to some awesome places during my eight year stint with AAA before leaving the industry to work as a secretary for the St. Cloud Public School District. The years I spent working in the Media Services Office of the St. Cloud School District were fun and challenging but I grew tired of the stop-light-filled commute and feel very fortunate to have landed a job here at CSB/SJU.

I thoroughly enjoy coordinating events, schedules, and other support duties for the philosophy department & faculty here at CSB/SJU. When I am not busy working at CSB/SJU, you might find me hanging out with my husband and two children (helping with homework, driving them to activities, and other child-rearing responsibilities), golfing, shopping, baking cookies, watching various sporting events, or bowling. I also value an occasional night out with friends. My husband and I both love watching baseball games of all levels and have a goal of attending a MN Twins road game in every major league park in the country. So far we have attended games in 16 different ballparks, some of which have been torn down and replaced by newer structures since we visited.  This might be a life long goal...
