The pursuit of Peace can manifest itself in many forms. Some disciplines that we may commonly think of in this pursuit arise from the Social Sciences, others from Humanities, and still more from the Natural Sciences. The Fine Arts also makes a strong contribution to peace as well.
Artists cultivate their ability to express the world in creative ways which can reach out to some of the deepest levels of our humanity. The utilization of the Fine Arts in the pursuit of Peace proudly has a voice at the College of St. Benedict and St. John's University. This page is dedicated to events held on campus for the Fine Arts and peace, as well as resources for those interested in the field. Please take some time to look over the material provided and enjoy one of the many creative aspects of the Peacemaking process.
