Maple Syrup Festival Scout Registration

• If you are a family with scouts interested in receiving a maple syrup patch, and are not participating with your troop, please use the General Registration or Marketplace  Registration and select that option.

• If you would like to register a scout troop, please continue registering below.

In order to make the day-of registration process easier, Saint John's Outdoor University will keep a record of the scouts coming to the festival that day and will use that information to bill the scout troop for their registration cost after the festival. To help make this process smooth, please continue to:

• Complete the registration form with your BEST ESTIMATE of the total numbers of scouts, adults, and other children attending with your troop.
• Be sure the scouts and families attending know the Troop Number and Contact Name for this registration when they come to the festival.
• Make sure the payment policy for your troop is clearly set:
  • If your troop should be billed only for the cost of the scouts attending, the families need to be prepared to pay the entrance fee for any adults and non-scout children attending the festival.
