More than 15K of trails in the Abbey Arboretum are groomed for nordic skiing - for classic, skate or both. The natural rolling hills make some of the trails challenging but beautiful.

In summer 2018 Outdoor U staff tested the Avenza Maps mobile app that can help visitors navigate their way in the Abbey Arboretum. We have found it to be an easy and accurate tool, plus it's free and works offline using your device's GPS to track your location on the map.
