Yes, we are accredited by The North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools and the American Dietetic Association.

What types of career opportunities are available for graduates of your program?

There are a variety of career options for graduates from CSB/SJU in this area.  Dietitians are educators, counselors, consultants and/or managers working in diverse environments ranging from hospitals to large corporations. Nutrition scientists, after graduate study, are college professors, researchers or specialized healthcare professionals.
