For 150 years, the sisters of Saint Benedict’s Monastery and the monks of Saint John’s Abbey have brought their vision and service to the people of Central Minnesota and, through a wide range of ministries, to the nation and beyond.
As part the Sesquicentennial Anniversaries, weekly vignettes are available on the Sesquicentennial Web site. These vignettes tell the stories of the women and men who helped to shaped Saint Benedict's Monastery and Saint John's Abbey as well as CSB/SJU.
Be sure to check the Sesquicentennial Web site each week to read these Historical Vignettes.
