New to CSB/SJU this year, the Inspiring Leaders Certificate Program (ILCP) seeks to prepare students for leadership roles and responsibilities in service to the college and community. Its mission is accomplished through education, development and training in a series of individual ILCP workshops, events and activities in partnership with CSB/SJU campus programs. Students will develop a personal leadership model based in the Benedictine values.

During the 2006-07 school term, ILCP had 1,752 participants. It offered 50 courses and five certificate levels. In its first year, 47 students received leadership certification. See the list of the certification recipients.
