The SJU Center for Men's Leadership and Service seeks to create a safe and respectful environment for students to share their stories and discern who they are. This is a place for women and men to explore the masculine condition, foster personal and spiritual growth and raise awareness of the consequences of gender roles.
Through research, education and understanding, we strive to (recognize patriarchy) create a more enlightened concept of manhood informed by our Benedictine values. Acknowledge our roots with those before us who struggled for the liberation of all people, we seek to work for justice and better the lives of men and women through innovative programs, scholarship and service.
"Dedicated to the Holistic Development of Men"
