CSB/SJU Video Editing Home

There are a few different options on campus when it comes to video editing.  If you would like to just put together a quick and easy video then we recommend you use Windows Movie Maker.  Movie Maker is included with Microsoft Office 2003 which is what the computers on campus have installed on them.  See Editing with Movie Maker on the side bar to get more information on how to edit using Windows Movie Maker.  If you have questions regarding movie Maker please contact Adam Bauer at 2236 or abauer@csbsju.edu.

If you would like to do a more complex editing project you may want to use the editing lab on the 4th floor of the Quad at SJU.  There are five MAC G5's in the lab all with Final Cut Studio software installed.  To be able to use the lab you must have prior experience with Final Cut Pro or you would need to complete a one-hour training session with a Media Services staff member.  For more information on the Editing lab select "4th Floor Quad Editing Lab" on the side bar.  For more information on the 4th floor Quad Editing Lab please contact Adam Bauer at 2236 or abauer@csbsju.edu.
