CSBSJU has received a grant from the Mathematical Association of America (MAA) to help fund travel for undergraduate students who make an oral presentation. The representative faculty will receive 20 cents per mile reimbursement for round-trip travel to Collegeville, MN, up to a total of 600 miles per school. We will additionally reimburse up to $60 per hotel room for up to two hotel rooms per college (but for no more hotel rooms than the number of presenters from the college). Depending on attendance, the mileage and hotel reimbursements may increase.
Travel stipends will be distributed with preference to student speakers who submit their abstracts early. All travel support will be reimbursed through a check after the conference. Faculty sponsors must submit all original receipts along with a travel reimbursement form. These forms will be distributed at the conference. Note that students who travel to the conference without a faculty sponsor are also eligible to receive a travel stipend.
