Reading Circles 2003-2004

The Learning Community brings together on a regular basis faculty, staff, and students who share a passion for Latino and Latin American studies. All members of the Learning Community are encouraged to engage in a reading circle that meets monthly to discuss and reflect on short common texts from diverse academic disciplines related to the Latino and/or Latin American experience.  These regular conversations promote and sustain enthusiasm among the campus community for Latino and Latin American studies and encourage Learning Community members to approach their subjects from a interdisciplinary perspective.
