2007-2008 Resident Assistants

Resident Assistants (RA's). The role of the Resident Assistant is to be the coordinator or manager of the floor and serves as the main authority on the floor with the Faculty Resident. RA's are accountable for the development of the floor community through the development, implementation, and support of community events and programs.  The Resident Assistants work with the Faculty Resident of the community to follow-up on behavioral actions that violate University policies and delineate, if the situation warrants it, any appropriate sanctions. RA's also follow through on all administration tasks as outlined in the Resident Assistant Job Description.
