Odeh Muhawesh is both a highly successful business leader and an accomplished scholar. He has founded several businesses and is currently the CEO of the Minneapolis-based Scorant LLC, which designs and markets online course management software and mobile analytics apps for college professors, administrators, and students. A native of Jordan, he earned his doctorate at Qum Seminary-Global Institute for Islamic Studies in Iran where he focused on comparative theology and Islamic jurisprudence. As an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas, he teaches courses in Islamic theology and the modern history of the Middle East. He also serves on the advisory boards of the College of Arts and Sciences and the Muslim-Christian Dialogue Center at the University of St. Thomas. His writings include Alketab Al-Moqadas Taht Al-Mijhar / The Holy Book under the Microscope (Arabic and English), and Fatima the Gracious, both published by Ansaryan Publishing, Qum, Iran.
