Sapphire Gender and Leadership Certificate

Beginning in the Fall of 2009, ILCP will introduce the Sapphire Gender and Leadership Certificate, designed to explore leadership in terms of gender. Students who complete the Sapphire Certificate will have the ability to take a gender lens to leadership theories and principles, understand how gender affects personal leadership identity, and acquire skills to respond effectively to gender-related challenges they encounter in leadership positions. The Institute for Women's Leadership encourages students to complete this Certificate.
