The Institute for Women's Leadership is dedicated to spreading awareness and empowerment. We work to bring relevant issues to light and give women the tools they need to become local and global leaders.
  • Women's Expeditions
    Women's Expeditions is an exciting program to challenge women mentally and physically by taking risks and testing their limits in the great outdoors.
  • Women's Month
    Women's Month, which takes place every March, is a series of events that celebrates women's rights, women's issues and history, women leaders, and all things that affect and inspire women.
  • Keynote Speakers
    Throughout the year, the IWL brings in speakers to lecture on different aspects surrounding gender and leadership.
  • Reading Groups
    The Institute for Women's Leadership collaborates with students/faculty/clubs/organizations to coordinate reading groups relating to women's issues.
  • Fierce Friday
    Fierce Friday (#fiercefriday) is a social media campaign that seeks to recognize Bennies and all the work they invest into their passions.
