These required Means of Evaluation and their due dates will be listed on the intern's Registration For Internship – Preliminary Learning Contract form. Originals of these materials should be sent directly to the Faculty Moderator.
Journal: if required, it should be sent directly to you weekly, monthly or as instructed. The Internship Office doesn’t need to see the intern's journals.
Short papers, essays or reports: if required, should be send directly to you. The Internship Office doesn’t need copies.
Final Summary Paper: if required, is usually due on the last day of the internship unless other arrangements have been approved by the faculty moderator. The intern should also send a copy to the Internship Office for the intern's file.
