Intern's Due Dates for Faculty Moderators

Summer 2007 Due Dates for Reports and Evaluations:

Due dates are based on May 21 start date and August 10 end date.  If the Intern's starting and ending dates vary from these, the Internship Office will send you a copy of their revised due dates.

Registration Materials      Due April 27 

Intern's First Report        Due June 15

Requested deadline for completion is July 13.

Joint Mid-term Evaluation    Due June 29

Intern's Second Report       Due July 13 

Supervisor's Final Evaluation     Due August 10

Intern's Final Self-Evaluation     Due August 10

Internship Profile     Due August 10 

Wrap-Up Session    September 2007 (TBA)

These required Means of Evaluation and their due dates will be listed on the intern's Registration For Internship – Preliminary Learning Contract form.  Originals of these materials should be sent directly to the Faculty Moderator.

Journal: if required, it should be sent directly to you weekly, monthly or as instructed. The Internship Office doesn’t need to see the intern's journals.

Short papers, essays or reports: if required, should be send directly to you. The Internship Office doesn’t need copies.

Final Summary Paper: if required, is usually due on the last day of the internship unless other arrangements have been approved by the faculty moderator. The intern should also send a copy to the Internship Office for the intern's file.
