The Mis-Education of Nigger: The Historical Understanding of the Evolution of Nigger
The mission of Change Agent Consulting: Each One, Reach One and Teach One is to offer professional comprehensive consulting, inspirational lectures and interactive engaging seminars and workshops. Due to our backgrounds as first-generation college students, we have a passion in working with youth to empower them for success while in public education and prepare them for access to postsecondary education. Our vision is to shift paradigms and provide knowledge on various cultural and race dynamics through experience and observations from not only a research but a practitioner's perspective. Our goals are to assess, examine, interpret and improve relationships between people, cultures, races and communities to assist with the continued progress in race relations, cultural relativity and empowering learning climates for all people in a safe environment.
"In reality learning and change are synonymous. Change is not an issue if it makes sense to and is owned by those involved, rather than being arbitrarily imposed. An appreciation that change is a continual process, involving confusion and difficulty, is vital for future learners. It is not change that kills it is the fear of transitions."
