Ph. D. and M.A.- Boston College
B.A. - Trinity College
While I was finishing my Ph.D., I taught history courses at Boston College, Boston University, and Suffolk University (Boston). I joined the faculty at CSB/SJU in 2000.
I have studied yoga for almost 15 years and recently completed an 8 month long yoga teacher training course. I'm also an avid cyclist. I love to travel, watch French films, and eat French cheeses.
During my sabbatical, I worked on my book project, Women, Religion, and Agency in Reformation Geneva, and recently published material from one of the chapters as an article, entitled, “That in future times they will know our suffering for the love of God..: Jeanne de Jussie’s Petite Chronique” in Early Modern Convent Voices: The World and the Cloister, ed. Thomas M. Carr, special issue of Studies on Early Modern France 11, (2007).
