Supporting Materials

Many funders request that specific documents be submitted with a proposal.  Commonly requested supporting materials include:

• Evidence of 501(c)(3) status
• Organizational budget
• Audited financial statements
• Organization tax return
• Board of Trustees list
• Officers list
• Student demographic information

In most cases, corporate/foundation relations staff can supply these materials for you.
