Prizes

Each time you workout at least 30 minutes in a day, no matter the intensity or type of workout, you get 1 point (note: you can't get more points for exercising more than 30 minutes in a day and/or you can't use your extra workout time for another day).

Prizes and Point Levels: 

1) 50 points - Get Up and Move Beanie Hat
Reached by working out at least 30 minutes for 50 days. This on average is about 1-2 workouts per week for the rest of the 07-08 school year. 

2) 100 points - Pedometer
Reached by working out at least 30 minutes for 100 days. This on average is about 3 workouts per week for the rest of the 07-08 school year.

3) 125 points - Running Socks 
Reached by working out at least 30 minutes for 125 days. This on average is about 4 workouts per week for the rest of the 07-08 school year. 

4) 200 points - Your name will be entered into a drawing for a Scheels Gift Certificate
Reached by working out at least 30 minutes for 200 days. This on average is about 5-7 workouts per week for the rest of the 07-08 school year.

Once you have reached a Get Up And Move goal, your prize will be available the next week at the receptionist desk in the Personal and Professional Development Center [Mary Hall #10, SJU] between 8am - 4:30pm.
