The Exercise Program that rewards you for just simply exercising
Steps for Signing Up and Getting Started:
1) Register by clicking on the registration form and then submitting it (note: you will be prompted to type in your username and password to register and fill in your fitness logs, make sure to type in "ad\" before your username)
2) Then fill out the exercise survey and submit it
3) Once you exercise at least 30 minutes, fill in your personal fitness log to record and keep track of your workouts
4) Once you workout a certain amount, you will recieve a prize (check out the prizes link)
5) Now it is up to you to "Get Up and Move!"
