Opening the Fine Arts Series with stunning vocal prowess, Sweet Honey in the Rock® captures the complex sounds of Blues, spirituals, gospels, African chants, and jazz improvisation. Their music is steeped in the sacred music of the Black church and the clarion calls of the civil rights movement.
