A FLEEZANIS FAREWELL
Jorja Fleezanis, the longest-tenured concertmaster in Minnesota Orchestra history, will leave her Minnesota position at the end of the current season to become Professor of Music at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music.  This performance marks her final solo appearance as concertmaster with the Orchestra.  Leading the program is the fiery Hungarian, Gilbert Varga, on of the Orchestra's favorite guest conductors.

Plan to arrive early to take part in an informative pre-performance talk.  A representative from the Minnesota Orchestra will lead an informal discussion on the upcoming performance.
