Filling out the form:  Fully complete all sections of the form and retain a copy for your records.  ORDERS CANNOT BE TAKEN OVER THE PHONE.  Mail orders to Operations Manager, Fine Arts Programming, Saint John's University, Collegeville, MN 56321.  If you have questions, please call Operations Manager at (320)363-3390.

Reservations:  Reservations will be confirmed by written correspondence within two weeks of order receipt.  RESERVATIONS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.  Matinee seating assignments are based on age and special needs of students.

Payment:  A purchase order or payment in full is required at the time of your order.

Scholarship Availability: Thanks to the continued support from US Bank, scholarship funds are available for schools where 50% or more of the students receive free or reduced lunches.  Schools residing in communities served by US Bank may be eligible to receive free matinee tickets (student tickets only).  To apply for scholarship tickets, print and complete the scholarship form and attach it to your matinee registration.  The scholarship form MUST accompany the registration form in order to receive free matinee tickets.

Chaperones: A determined number of chaperones may attend at no charge.  Additional seats may be purchased at the adult rate stated on the registration form.  ALL chaperones/adults in groups of less than 10 students must purchase a ticket at the adult rate.

Age requirements: Remember matinee performances are scheduled for school groups.  The minimum age for a child attending the matinee performances is four years old.  Children younger than the age of four will not be permitted in the theater.
