This innovative dance program cuts through barriers of age, race, and language to reveal dance as a powerful means of communication and learning. Lively and entertaining, it brings to light the differences between choreography and improvisation, the elements in creating a dance, and the connection between movement language and verbal language. Students are engaged in the creative process by contributing ideas, asking questions, and joining Body Vox on stage for an interactive performance piece.
