Students attending CSB/SJU study-abroad programs pay the same tuition, room and board that they would if they stayed on campus.
Charges for study-abroad programs not affiliated with CSB/SJU charge will vary. It is up to the student to determine tuition, fees, room and board and other expenses for non-SJU programs.
The Financial Aid Office will be notified by the Center for International Education of students’ plans to study abroad. An adjustment will be made to these students’ budgets to reflect additional expenses they will incur.
Your financial aid authorization may be used to help meet expenses associated with CSB/SJU study abroad programs. Additional student loan funding may be available to assist with study abroad costs. Students may make an appointment with the Financial Aid Office to discuss their eligibility for various loan programs.
Students choosing to participate in a program offered through another educational institution may use any federal or state aid for which you are eligible. CSB/SJU grants and scholarships may not be used for these external programs. For more information, please contact the Center for International Education Office.
