ESSS 209 Prevention and Care of Athletic Injuries (2 credits)

In this course, the student will develop an understanding of the role of the coach in planning for and preventing sports injuries. They will also develop an understanding of the coach’s role as a sports first aid provider in the evaluation and treatment of sports injuries. This course is designed for students pursuing a Coaching Certificate.
