Welcome to College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University Occupational Health and Safety training program. The program, formally Summit Training, is powered by Online Training Information System (Otis). The following information provides steps to quickly get logged in to the training portal and start using the online training features.
All existing employees full or part time, as of October 02, 2014 are already in the system and should follow the instructions below to access training.
New employees full or part time (as of 10/02/2014) must be enrolled either directly by authorized supervisor/location manager or by completing the registration form at the link below to initiate enrollment by Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) office.
Quick Start Steps
- Go to the login page http://osmanager4.com/logindynamic.aspx. Be sure to bookmark this page for later use. For username use your full email address (e.g. email@example.com). If it is your first time logging in use temporary password 654321.
- On your initial log in you will be prompted to change your password for increased security.
- After you successfully change your password, you will be directed to the home, or dashboard, page for your training portal, where you should see your assigned courses.
Once you are logged in, take the time to get familiar with the protal. Many of the common questions you may have are answered within the help section of the portal. You must complete all sections of a course and the quizzes must be successfully completed in order to register a training record.

If you have questions regarding course assignments, missing courses or need your portfolio to be moved to another department, please check with your supervisor.
