CSB Support Staff Committee Meeting
Wednesday, April 19, 2006
1:15 pm, ASB Conference Room

Present:  Jeanne Terres, Dianne Johnstone, Al Rassier, Pat Bogard, Trish Doran, Joan Supan, Joan Ellering, Barb Ries and Karen Storkamp

Minutes:  March minutes were approved.  

Joint Benefit Committee:  No one from Joint Benefits was present. 

Professional Development Report: No new information.

Support Staff Committee Changes:  Karen Storkamp, Dianne Johnston and Pat Bogard were introduced.  Karen has been attending meetings for a while.  Diane will share responsibility for the HAB, Richarda and HCC with Trish.  Pat will replace Jackie Gerken.

Lunch and Learn:  The Lunch and Learn will take place Thursday, April 27^th from 11:30 – 12:45 in HCC 26.  Bonnie Thompson will present.  Food will cost approximately $114.00. 

Ice Cream Social:  The ice cream social on May 18, 2006 from 1-3 p.m. on the Main lawn will have a spring theme.  The lawn is reserved.  Estimated cost is around $250.

Miscellaneous:  Support Staff will contribute a bus and driver for the Janie Jason presentation.

Please let Trish know if you know of people who are not receiving the mass emails for Support Staff events.

Health at Work is requesting $500.00 to support their exercise programs.  The committee is generally in favor and will vote on it next meeting.
