Support Staff Committee Meeting Minutes

1:00 p.m. Rainbow Room

Present: Jane Schulzetenberg, Andrew Deuhs, Joyce Honer, Keith Matthies Mary Kay Luethmers, Jeanne Terres, Tonya Carlson, Mary Niedenfuer, Bev Overman

Absent: Jackie Miller, Bev Radaich

The meeting began at 1:15 p.m.

I.      Minutes- The August minutes were handed out.

II.      Old Business

A.     A new chair person- we will wait till next meeting

B.     Memo on reorganization- Mary had a rough draft done. We made a few changes and finalized the memo. It will be sent out in a week or two, followed by the ballots for the election of the new members.

III.      New Business

A.     Jeanne and Keith will ask Bev if she would co- chair the committee and also if she would make a list of her duties she had as chair of the committee.

B.     Tonya was wondering if the support staff knew who their representative was and what the committee did and or how we could let them know about what we do as a committee.

C.     We need to set a date for the coffee house and think of some new ideas for the up coming year.   

The meeting was adjourned at 2:30
