Support Staff Committee Meeting Minutes

1:00 p.m. Rainbow Room

Present: Bev Radaich, Keith Matthies, Tonya Carlson, Jackie Miller, Jeanne Terres, Jane Schulzetenberg, Andrew Deuhs, Joyce Hoener  

Absent: Donna Matthews, Mary Kay Luethmers

The meeting began at 1:05 p.m.

I.      Minutes- Bev gave out the May 15^th minutes and asked the members to review and let her know before the next meeting if the had corrections of additions.

II.      Old Business

A.     The budget for this year was $1,500 and we spent $ 425.

B.     The ice-cream social cost $196. We had about 200 people there. Bev suggested next year we have more door prizes since we invited the students this time. The feedback was that everyone enjoyed it.

C.     Bev is waiting to receive a few more ballots back before we can say who won the elections this year.

III.      New Business

A.     Bev brought in flow charts of the vice presidents and its members to see if we would want to restructure the committee using these areas. Jackie suggested that we restructure by build, area and department. (In some areas it would be a little of each.) These would make it more personal and that when it was time to vote you would know who you were voting for and also who is representing you if you would have and questions or concerns. Bev will make a flow chart using this method. We would have 17 members if we were to restructure this way.

B.     Bev sent the sisters their gift certificate for the luncheons they had.
