(Full Time: scheduled work on an annual basis is 75% of full time or greater.)
- Health Insurance – CSB contributes 75% of the cost of health insurance premiums (reviewed each year).
- Dental Insurance – CSB contributes 50% of the dental insurance premiums (reviewed each year).

- Paid Parental Leave – Provides up to 4 weeks of paid parental leave to a mother or father upon the birth or adoption of a child (based on hours worked).
- Sick Leave Bank – CSB contributes 2 days per employee into the bank. These hours can be used for extended periods of illness of the employee.
- Short Term Leaves of Absence – Include: jury duty, funeral leave, military leave, FMLA (Family Medical leave Act).

- Workers’ Compensation Insurance - provides reimbursement for medical expenses and continuation of salary in the event of occupational illness or accidents incurred during the course of employment.

On-Campus:
- Health Center (SJU) – all employees and their dependents are eligible to access the health center.
- Library Services – available for all employees.
- BAC/SBH – employees receive reduced ticket prices and/or free admission to events.
- Athletic Events – may use ID card for free admission to regularly scheduled collegiate events – applies to employee and immediate family.
- IT Services – employees can attend computer classes for free.

- Fitness Center/Walking Track – located in the HCC, these are available to everyone at no charge.
