Banner Web Self-Service Information

Banner Web Self Service is a secure part of the CSB/SJU homepage. It allows students to access personal information such as the Registrar’s Bulletin Board, Course Schedule, Financial Aid, and also their personal Billing and Address Information. Returning students also register for courses on Banner Web Self Service.

To view your billing information, please follow the instructions below:

1. Click on the Current Students link listed on the homepage. 

2. In the list of Academic links, choose: Banner Web Self-Service.

3.Once in Banner, click on: Enter Secure Area (CSB Students)

4. You will now need to enter your Student Banner ID number and your Webster Security Code (WSC). Your WSC is assigned by the Registrar. Please contact the Registrar's Office with questions you may have regarding this code.

5. From this screen you can access the Student Services menu.

6. This menu give you several choices:

Registration check your registration status, view the class schedule and course catalog, or add or drop classes.

Student Records & Account Information View your holds, grades, transcript, on-track, account summary, or make a payment on your account using check or credit card.

Financial Aid Apply for Financial Aid or review your application status and loans.
