Zwach is owner of the top seven single-game performances for most digs by a CSB libero (including four matches from this season) ... her 726 digs this season are a school record for most digs in single season (she also has the second, third, and fourth highest single season totals) ... Zwach's 6.72 digs per game average put her on top of the list for most digs per game in a single season (she also holds spots two, three, and four as well).
2005: Played in all of the Blazers 107 games ... collected 594 digs during the
season leading the Blazers in that category ... averaged 5.55 digs/game (third overall in the MIAC) ... accumulated 66 total assists ... collected 24 digs in the MIAC playoff game against Carleton (Nov. 3, 2005) ... had 39 digs in the five-game opening round match of the NCAA Central Regional Tournament against Nebraska Wesleyan (Nov. 10, 2006).
2004: Led CSB with 468 digs and placed second in the MIAC … her 5.85 digs per game also ranked second in the MIAC.
2003: Appeared in 104 of the Blazers 106 games … recorded a team high of 503 digs, an average of 4.89 digs per game … boasted three games of 30+ digs … had 31 digs in three games against Concordia-Moorhead (Oct. 25, 2003) … had 34 digs in five games against William Penn (Oct. 3, 2003) … was a two time MIAC Player of the Week for September 29th, 2003 and November 3, 2003.
High School: A 2003 graduate of Tracy Area High School, Zwach was coached by Katie Gervais … participated in volleyball, basketball and track and field for six years each during her athletic career at Tracy Area High School ... was a 2002 All-212 Conference selection in volleyball ... was an academic All-212 conference in all three sports ... member of the 2001 Tracy Area volleyball team that were State Champions in 2001.
Personal: Daughter of Mary and John Zwach of Tracy, Minn. … enjoys reading, studying medicine, fishing, relaxing on the lake and watching football and baseball ... proudest moments of her volleyball career were making the Blazer volleyball team and playing with pride ... majoring in nursing.
What do you like about being a collegiate student-athlete? "Having a group to belong to is very nice and the fact that as a team we continue to be competitive, while still focusing our efforts to our academic learning is a very good situation to be in."
