High School: A 2005 graduate of Loyola Sacred Heart High School, Stergios was coached by Matt Morris...participated in track and field and cross country for four years each during her athletic career at Loyola Sacred Heart ... earned All-State cross country honors three years in a row … voted cross country team MVP and captain … competed at the state meet in 2001, 2003 and 2004 finishing third, seventh and sixth, respectively … earned All-State honors for track and field four years in a row … competed in the state meet in 1600 meter in 2003, 2004 and 2005, finishing sixth, third and fifth respectively … also competed in the 3200 meter four years in a row, earning a state champion title along with a sixth place finish and two fourth place finishes … member of the 3rd place State cross country team … member of  Roseville’s two-time State Champion cross country team … also competed on the 2005 State Champion track and field team.

Personal: Daughter of Matthew and Theresa of Missoula, Montana ... parents both attended CSB/SJU...proudest moment of her track and field career was being a state champion and having a great running career in high school...enjoys friends, family, art and being outdoors, traveling and animals ... majoring in Classics with a minor in sports medicine.
