High School: A 2007 graduate of Breckenridge high school, Arnhalt was coached by Dennis Sumption...participated in cross country for three years and track and field for four years at her athletic career at Breckenridge...made all conference team two years in a row for cross country, was voted MVP and most inspirational in cross country, was a three year section qualifier in track and field, most valuable distance runner in track and field and also voted most versatile in track and field.

Personal: Daughter of Shelley and Terry Arnhalt of Wolverton, Minn...proudest moment of her track and field career was realizing that your team depends on you, and that you work hard no matter what the circumstances...enjoys snowmobiling, running, going to the lake and spending time with family and friends...majoring in enviornmental studies.

What do you like about being a collegiate student athlete? "I love being part of our team, and working together to achieve goals individually as a team. We push each other to be the best we can be."
